Netflix Scraps 'Basic' Ad-Free Streaming Plan in US and UK

Netflix is doing away with its Basic plan in the United States and the United Kingdom. The plan is currently the cheapest subscription option that allows for ad-free streaming at just $10 USD per month.The streaming service had already removed the option to sign up for the plan in Canada.
